Supporting the owner, working for the horse

1. Understand before advising
Before making any recommendation, I take the time to understand your horse (and your reality) in depth.
Every support programme begins with:
-
a detailed form, designed to gather all relevant information about your horse’s lifestyle, health, diet and temperament.
-
then an online appointment, or an on-site visit, to discuss their behaviour, environment, and your own needs: budget, organisation, preferences and practical constraints.
This listening and observation phase is the foundation of the whole process.
It ensures that the future ration is both scientifically sound and genuinely adapted to your everyday life.
2. Solid and neutral scientific foundations
Each analysis is based on recognised references in equine nutrition:
-
INRA references applicable to nutritional requirements and the feed value of ingredients,
-
NRC recommendations (National Research Council, USA),
-
Wolter – Alimentation du cheval,
-
the Feedipedia, Equipédia (IFCE) and FeedTables databases,
-
as well as training from TOCES (The Open College of Equine Studies).
I work independently, with no exclusive affiliation to any brand, in order to ensure neutral and objective recommendations.
My sole priority: scientific coherence, relevant choices, and the horse’s well-being.

3. Transforming data into concrete actions
Figures only make sense when they become simple, practical solutions.
Based on the data collected and analysed, I design a clear, coherent nutrition plan tailored to your reality:
-
a balanced and personalised ration,
-
suggested adjustments or supplements where needed,
-
guidance on feeding, transition and practical organisation,
-
clear explanations to help you understand every choice.
The goal is for you to be able to implement the new ration easily and with confidence.
4. Quality, clarity and responsiveness
I dedicate to each horse the time they deserve.
To ensure attentive support, I limit the number of analyses handled each week.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, you are guaranteed a prompt and thorough service.
This organisation allows me to maintain the right balance between service quality, responsiveness and availability, without compromising the rigour of the work carried out.

5. Long-term support
Owners whose horses are already supported benefit from preferential rates for follow-up consultations, in order to maintain consistency over time.
This makes it possible to adjust the ration according to the horse’s evolution, the seasons or changing objectives, with a long-term approach based on well-being and mutual trust.
